There is no constitution. Its done. They have finally scraped it totally.
In the case of secession, they will claim that it is unconstitutional. There is no constitution. The SCOTUS made sure of that.
Which would also lead to civil war. I cannot see any option now where we do not endure a civil war in some form, and a crushing economic collapse. I mean a Venezuela/Argentina/Wiemar Republic kind of collapse.
