Agreed. Senate terms are six years. Why would she be sworn in after again after only 4 years?
Agreed. The only time they are sworn in is when first elected, re-elected (which is why Mitch was sworn in), or are newly appointed. I cannot find a photo of her being sworn in, and I think the whole ceremony was shown live. Was she there?
