You’re right. It wasn’t a close call. It was a bad call. Should have been a no call.
Thanks. I don’t pay any attention to the talk ahead of the game.
Sweeney conned his own team into thinking they weren’t playing anyone worthy. No wonder Lawrence was about to pass out. He believes his own press writings praising him to the hilt.
I’m glad Lawrence got his comeuppance last night. He will become a better player because of it.
***Should have been a no call.***
You should take your case to the NCAA. The refs called it according to the current rules, not the old ones.
Looked like leading with the helmet today. And I’m surprised Fields wasn’t taken off on a stretcher.
I have a theory, and I don’t know if I’m right or wrong, but my idea is that people who dislike the targeting rule, dislike it because players can be ejected. If the players weren’t ejected, they wouldn’t have as big a problem with them being penalized. They think the punishment is too harsh. Maybe it is. Maybe it isn’t. There just seems to be a lot of controversy any and every time the rule is enforced.
You think that might have fired up OSU just a bit, LOL.
I see Sarkisian got the Texas job. I’m surprised after what he did at USC, he’s gotten another shot at a big-time program so quickly.
I have a feeling we’re going to lose Mullen, he’s talking to the Jets. I get the feeling he wasn’t very happy at UF this year. I hope I’m wrong.
Oh, and Urban Meyer is expected to take the Jags job. And Coach Boom will join Sarkisian in Texas as DC.
Anybody else watching the A&M vs Tarheels game?
I love that the Tarheels are going toe to toe with A&M.
No offense to anyone, but I have no love lost for Jimbo Fisher.
P.S. Yes, heard all that.
Also, Michigan renewed its contract with Cry-baby Harbaugh. Ohio State fans rejoice!
Good game tonight. Congrats A&M.
This is the first year I haven’t watched a single game of NCAAF.
Politics seeping into everything has ruined all enjoyment for me.
I used to be a sports watching nut; now nothing.
I’d rather be a SEC coach in a zero tax state, than a NFL - NYC coach...
I can’t imagine why Meyer would go to Jax.
I used to live there and went to some games.
I distinctly remember covered seating and blacked out games.
Mark Brunell, Tony Boselli, Fred Taylor, Jimmy Smith...
Having beer while serving in the USAF, seems like forever ago.
You should look at the facts.
My mistake...I know they were a member of the SEC at one point...thanks for the clarification...great video Gator
I was taking about Dabo talking trash 🤣
