On Wednesday, participating Dunkin’ locations across the nation will begin offering hot or iced versions of its new Extra Charged Coffee, which is made with green coffee extract to give customers "an extra boost" of caffeine.
The company added that it aimed to achieve its caffeine-forward Extra Charged Coffee with green coffee extract, rather than a shot of espresso, to avoid changing the "flavor profile" of the Original Blend coffee that its customers already "know and love."
For Dunkin’s more adventurous customers, the brand is also introducing two completely new coffee blends: Dunkin’ Explorer Batch, a medium roast featuring "dark berry notes and a smoky finish," and Dunkin’ Midnight, a dark roast with "inherent sweetness and bold, chocolatey flavor notes." Dunkin’s Explorer Batch is said to be the first in Dunkin’s new Limited Batch Series, while Dunkin’ Midnight will be replacing the chain’s current Dark Roast offering. (Too many options? Their coffees taste good while I’m drinking them but I always end up with a headache afterward. Will stick elsewhere.

THIS IS A GREAT IDEA I JUST DRANK 2 COFFEES IN A ROW AND FEEL GREAT I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH ENERGY BUT NOT NOW I THINK I WILL TRY THIS 20 PERCENT MORE CAFFEINE COFFEE ONCE IT COMES OUT SO I WILL BE WIDE AWAKE AND NOT A NERVOUS WRECK I CAN’T WAIT!!
I just ordered Peruvian takeout and had their native soda called “Inca Cola” I quite like!

I take straight up caffeine pills. Each pill is the equivalent to a cup of coffee. It is cheaper than coffee or energy drinks.
And no bitter after taste either.
Me too actually. I prefer tea!!!
And if I need more of a kick: tea lattes (with soy milk) w/ a shot of espresso. Aka “dirty lattes.”
Anything beats St*rbucks. Their coffee could float a horseshoe.
My wife and I knew a gentleman that had the ‘Jolt’ cola logo tattooed on his bicep.

I’ll pass. The Dew has more than enuff sugar.
I liked that Jolt.
I just bought a bag of “Death Wish” coffee. Pretty smooth with a kick. A little pricey . . . but I like it.
Try Rockstar. 300 mg. caffeine per can.
I could see how that’s a comparison...sorta...but I don’t like Mountain Dew...
It’s more of a cream soda with a tropical flair. Well just take a sip next time you’re in Peru or at a restaurant. :)

I’ll try it for fun. I don’t care for Mountain Dew much, myself.
I’ve used that Redline off and on a few years ago.
It packed a jolt for me.
I guess I should get some. A product that fell off my radar.
