How soon will she do a lou dobbs recant? So apparently there are 7 states that sent in two sets of electoral ballots. Which ones “count” so to speak? Who decides? The total was, IIRC, 84 electoral votes.

Not a single state sent a second set of electors.
That would requires a 50% +1 vote in both state houses.
Not a single legislative body even held a vote.
There are ZERO competing electors. None. Zip. Nada.

The Vice President certifies the EC vote and in the case of 2 sets of electors I believe he gets to choose the set to confirm.
