Sen. Elizabeth Warren is releasing her book ‘Persist’ in April 2021

Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s new book “Persist” will hit stores in April, her publisher announced on Wednesday.

“I wrote ‘Persist’ because I remain as committed as ever to fighting for an America that works for everyone,” Warren in a statement. “I’ve written a dozen books, but this one is especially personal: I bring the pieces of who I am to the fight for real change, and I passionately believe that we are in a moment when extraordinary changes are possible.”

The book, due to be released on April 20, will touch on the Massachusetts Democrat’s 2020 presidential run but will not be a campaign memoir.

“Warren didn’t get into politics until she was in her early sixties. Yet she brought with her a lifetime of experience, and in ‘Persist’ she writes about six perspectives that have influenced her life and advocacy,” publisher Henry Holt and Company said, adding that it will cover her as a mother, a teacher, a planner, a fighter, a learner and a woman.

The title comes from comments Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) made about Warren in 2017 after she refused to stop speaking against the confirmation of Sen. Jeff Sessions to become President Trump’s attorney general.

McConnell said her reading a letter from Coretta Scott King violated the rules of the Senate.

“Sen. Warren was giving a lengthy speech. She had appeared to violate the rule. She was warned. She was given an explanation. Nevertheless, she persisted,” he said.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Now I know what to get my father in law for Christmas!

I wonder IF I could buy the cover jacket to put on another book for a great practical joke?

Still trying to wrap herself in a cloak of victimhood with the “She persisted!” meme, even though it arose from a situation in which she was warned to stop persisting in breaking a Senate rule that everyone, men included, is expected to follow. So she wasn’t actually a victim, she was just P.O.’ed that she was thwarted in her attempt to assert a privilege that nobody else enjoyed. In short, her book should be called “Privilege!”

Will she include her family’s old tribal recipe that has Oklahoma crab i it? Guess the Indians ate up all the Oklahoma crabs, because it’s tough to find one in the wild these days.

If it were 150 blank pages it would sell as well.

99% of books by liberal politicians are intend as a mechanism to get around fundraising limitations.

Book publishers are kept alive by unions who buy millions of copies of liberal books and store them in Chicago warehouses for disposal in city dumps.

So, if you need a free copy of Hillary’s “It takes a Village,” head to a Chicago dumpyard.

Is the reason Squaw Warren didn’t get an appointed post from SlowJoe that there’s some RINO in Taxachusetts that might win the interim election?
