She is really exceptional.

I need resources like this to counter the insanity permiating the place I work, which is only worsening.

Referring the “true believers” in my environment is easier if I just refer them to a video, because they of course cannot sit still to hear 30 seconds of what I might have to say that does not agree with them. After that, it is in-one-ear-and-out-the-other because they are not listening but are interupting trying to argue against me as I talk or to act appalled.

In addition to the audio-visial learning that listening to her provides ME about how to think and talk about “systemic this and that” and “critical ___ theory” etc etc, this video and Keri Smith are coherent one stop shopping for someone with experience and background and understanding of the very thing Ms Smith at has grown to be so persuasively criticising.

And that makes for a good thing for me to advise “those people” to watch if they really care about where I come from and what I think and who really want to understand.

Probably 5% will watch even part of one of these upon my recommendation, but it’s better than zero percent. And some of those will be moved to improved thinking either now or in the future.
