December's Ratings Collapse for Fox News continues to be a disaster, particularly in daytime.

Going from record ratings in November, to massive ratings collapse by Wednesday 12/9.

Here are the current Fox News ratings losses according to Nielsen.

Sandra -78%

Fox/Friendless -75%

Cavuto -75%

Perino -74%

Hemmer -73%

Outnumbered -70%

MacCallum -64%

Baier -63%

The Five -54%

Ingraham -48%

Unfortunately, a small number of people are slinking back to Ingraham, Carlson and Hannity this week.

I don't think that's an entirely bad thing. Lachlan, the new Murdoch now in charge, can see that while he has wrecked his ratings with his liberal hirings and his various editorial mandates, there is still some differential appeal in the more conservative remaining hosts.

But, my guess is that he's going to be stubborn about this for a while, especially if a real rival arises, like perhaps Newsmax or OANN, and gets commercial support.

Interesting how the ratings for the most conservative hosts are down the least. Still not good, but it says something. Now watching One America News. One of the OAN hosts last evening said something good about Jesus. Ya think that most of America likes honoring God? Is it why OAN ratings are through the roof? Must be part of it.

Fox needs to address why they used real clear politics and others to chant endlessly about the conservatives losing 5-15 “Or more” house seats. Who owns the debacle? Who are the executives? We need names. This is worse than the New Coke decision.

Not really in this case. I was watching Fox news on selection night and as soon as they declared Virginia for Biden I turned off the TV and came to FR for results. Never turned it on again and never will.

I’d hate to be Carlson and Ingraham’s agents who were negotiating to get their clients “Hannity Money” for their upcoming contract renewals.

Not going to happen after they’ve lost half their audience in a month.
