At least two people were killed and others seriously wounded Sunday night in a stabbing rampage at a church here. Police said there were no services going on at the time. They said "unhoused" people had been brought inside to get them out of the cold.
San Jose police tweeted around 8:47 p.m. that officers were responding to the Grace Baptist Church. It's near the San Jose State campus, CBS San Francisco reports. They then tweeted that at least two victims had died.
Mayor Sam Liccardo said police had a suspect was in custody but police later said that wasn't so

first, undocumented... now “unhoused...” when i first saw the headline i thought this was the Church on the Hill... i don’t know why i thought that... but this church is on San Fernando Street... the beginnings of downtown San Jose...

Suspect unidentified.
No names of those killed in the rampage.
No news on those seriously injured.

Why do we even have journalists?
To inform us that bums, vagrants, street junkies, hobos and skid row alkies are now to be referred to as “unhoused.”

Well, that’s a pretty effective way to address an overpopulation of the “homeless”.
Opens the door (no pun intended) to obligatory institutionalization of those incapable of securing “housing” by other means.
Yup. They constantly change the vocabulary for two reasons:
1) The phrase you just used (whatever it was) it totally hateful. We don’t say that anymore, you intolerant jerk.
2) Do a Google search on the phrase you just used (whatever it was) and that little problem can come and go very conveniently. Trump administration? There were X number of stories about the “homeless”. After Biden “won”, stories about the “homeless” disappeared because the problem was miraculously solved.
At least nobody had a gun. Otherwise, someone might have gotten hurt!
