I think his point is that since Pennsylvania cannot certify the election before the audit ends in Feb that Biden cannot access that slate of electors. If the Republican Michigan and Wisconsin legislatures follow suit and require audits before certifying then Biden dips below the required 270 electoral votes needed for election and either the house chooses the winner or, if the audits uncover the fraud in all 3 states and Trump actually won, it puts trump over the top and he doesn’t need the house to declare him winner

I think you are right, and this is exactly what that means. Throwing it into the house is fairly certain to result in Donald Trump being elected President by the House of Representatives. (Each state gets only 1 vote.) Conservative states outnumber Liberal states 26 to 23.

Some posters have made some good points though. If they are correct, and the electors cannot be allocated during an audit, Biden cannot claim 270 electoral votes. I hope they're correct in their reasoning.

Pennsylvania has initiated a full audit of the vote which will make it impossible for the slate of vice president Biden’s electors to be selected in time.

It is going to the US House for settlement..

Different state, so I suppose we’ll have to see.

I had the impression that they said “full” audit. Votes will be challengeable - assuming they can actually find them, since there were stacks run through machines multiple times and they won’t be able to do that this time. Especially if they comingled real with fraud, they won’t be able to sort out the existing piles.

If neither candidate can get 270 electoral votes, the House of Representatives vote for the next president. I think that is the end game and Trump will have the majority of votes. Each state gets one vote. 32 state have majority R representatives.

However the audit in multiple States will go on.

People will be exposed criminally and trump will have leverage to prosecute or wipe them out politically and because this will be his 2nd term.

He will do it.
