I was watching his Minneapolis rally today and it is totally surreal. He is screaming the canned one-liners from the teleprompter in a strained monotone while rocking back and forth like some geriatric crackpot. He’s got the aviators on and the leather jacket and the whole setup is the phoniest parody of an SNL sketch I’ve yet seen.
Add to that the continuous honking of Trump supporter horns like vuvuzelas at a Cuban soccer match and you have the makings of a true Halloween classic. Did John Carpenter produce this rally?
It was amusing to see Democrat tactics used against them.
