Or not- this sounds very familiar to what happened to someone I know back in February- all of a sudden couldn’t walk or function due to vertigo—complete workup at the hospital and no answers as to cause(s). A chiropractor was able to adjust the neck to resolve some of the vertigo symptoms. She said she has been treating this problem a lot lately.

However, what makes ultrasonic perhaps unlikely is the targeted nature of the effects... one would assume that if exposure was to something like ultrasound, the effects would be very widespread as opposed to just a building (or a floor of a building).
