Our feral rescue is on the table next to the couch watching my husband work on the computer. It took a loooong time, but she is now a love bug.

I was given two cats that were sisters and needed to stay together. They had never had a fur-ever home and were already 4 years old, shuffled here and there.
They lived in our basement for THREE YEARS before they ventured upstairs to be part of the family. (In their defense, it was pretty noisy with three boys, but the boys loved animals and were never mean to them or anything.)
But, then they both lived to be 15 years old and were sweethearts and even got along with our two Labs and a Basset at the time. ;)
