I don't work in a gun shop, though I may have to do something about that, but I'm with you on your question. I've been in and out of gun stores in my area since mid-February, and it's been pretty slim pickings all that time. I'm not really that fond of the AR platform, based on a bad initial experience with the M-16A1 in the early 70's, but I've played with a few I at least kind of liked. I'm a bit more interested in an AR-10, but those are apparently non-existant here in the OKC metro. Or maybe I am just bad at being in the right place at the right time.
