Ex-Chicago police Superintendent Eddie Johnson allegedly committed “shockingly violent” acts of sexual assault against his former driver, an officer who was with him on the controversial night that ultimately led to his firing last year.
In a lawsuit filed late Wednesday, Officer Cynthia Donald said Johnson raped and abused her repeatedly for more than three years, and later destroyed evidence of that abuse on his cellphone when the city Inspector General was investigating his conduct.

Shouldn't he have called his doctor after 4 hours? This leads me to believe he had not seen the commercials and/or didn't read the label. There was a time when people read the labels.
I usually back the blue, but when it comes to destroying evidence, they’re at the top of the charts along with the Clintons.
All I can say is she must have liked it to be a cop and not report it for 3 years.
Most likely she thought he was going to married her.
Then when she found out she was just a toy.
She made claims.
It’s scary how a woman can get away with this. They can carry on an affair for years, and then when it’s over, call it rape and sue.
