Online voter registrations systems down in Virginia; Chesterfield registrar's office can't even see local voters to verify status. Are the Dem's cheating in Virginia?

I tried to verify my registration to vote in Chesterfield County but their online voter registration and voter profile update sections are down. The local registrar's office said even if I went down in person to verify it they had no access to the records because the breakdown affects even their local PC's. They've been broken down since this morning and they are still off line as of this posting. I told the lady that if their system stays off line and I find tomorrow that I have somehow disappeared off their records I am going to be very unhappy. This is the deadline to register to vote and Virginia's systems appears off line all over the place. Even the local offices appear affected. Help!
