ya i think it was an attempt at a setup. But the Victim did not fall for it. This was a disciplined group of Patriots. God Bless their courage they knew there was going to be taunting and baiting. They Stood Fast like Nick Sandman showed us all how it’s. When the antifa and media (but i repeat myself) instigators could not get the result they wanted for the cameras, they escalated. And turns out the dumbest one of that group had the weapon.

Pinkerton probably has legal staff coordinating an independent investigation. Mum’s the word.
I go a step farther. Antifa has already activated trained execution teams as we say when that Patriots’ Prayer man was murdered.

If he’s not their employee they don’t have to issue a public denial to protect themselves from lawsuits. Anyone who files one against them is just going to run up against the brick wall of the fact that he didn’t work for them. Which might open them up to a lawsuit filed by Pinkerton.

Yeah, not to discount the possibility. But I wouldn’t attribute to malice if it can be more easily explained by stupid careless or ignorance. That’s what I believe. Now, for the shooters part, It’s HOMOCIDE. And he need to suffer consequences for that. For everyone else involved, they played their part. The reporter demanding a story, the producer trying to create one, the news station for assembling that troop of idiots. They were all just as surprised this happened as everyone else. That explains how quickly they all backed away to label the shooter a ‘pinkerton’. So while they’re all still liable for the behavior of their ‘bodyguard’, I don’t believe they are guilty of premeditation.
That’s what I believe. And besides, you need to leave someone behind to provide monetary compensation.
