Yep those veggies are good for you if you want to keep people away. No one wants to be downwind of me if I eat sprouts.
I don’t know about living longer, but I know from personal experience that if you’re an older guy and the plumbing doesn’t work like it used to drinking Pom juice everyday helps. My wife has it as a staple on her grocery list. Just saying. I may not live longer, but I’m living happier.

Do many “miracle” supplements - and zero widespread revelations that the fountain of youth has been discovered.
When those who make money off these ‘panaceas’ are the main revelators, one should maybe toss some salt over their left shoulders...just in case.
If we all took all these miracle treatments, we wouldn’t have room for actual food and sustenance - might ease any overpopulation problems....

Inulin, the complex sugar in those puppies does not get digested by you, rather your gut fauna do digest it and have a massive feast.
After a course of antibiotics eat some... your gut fauna will rebound like a super ball. Just be careful you don’t get launched across the room and make sure to wear a sign on your back saying “caution: hazardous area”.

Cleopatra loved Pomegranates and I don’t see her around anywhere lately.
And now we’re back to snakes again.
Pomegranates are grown in Israel, and they are the one fruit that I could believe have regenerating powers. They are unusual in the fact that they are seed & juice, not fleshy fruit. They are spoken of in Scripture, so I give it some credence that the claim might have more than a grain of truth.
