Yeah, sure ... that will make things right ... make them "safe" (my God how I have come to hate that word).
There will be just as many "experts" saying the vaccine is "safe" as there will be "experts" who will be saying "we're all gonna die! Die dead, I tell ya!"
These "experts" are scientists alright, "political scientists". It will be politics that decides this no matter what this unelected bureaucrat says ... or thinks. Now for anyone who still thinks this Covid Cootie/lockdown debacle is still about "public health" rather than "politics", well, there are still a few bridges to sell in empty Manhattan.
It shouldn’t take two months to determine whether there are reactions to a vaccine. Two weeks maybe.

The EU has a serious mad-on for Trump.
The FDA has rules in place for emergency use authorizations for new medicines. Those rules have been in place for decades. Now, all of a sudden, in an election year pandemic, right before the election, the FDA decides that the rules governing the emergency use of a vaccine that’s going to be a key political issue in that election must immediately change?
Why didn’t those rules change a year ago? Or 6 months ago? Or 5 years ago? They must - absolutely - be changed RIGHT NOW?

The White House has blocked new Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines....
The article says new guidelines.
I repeat, that's NEW guidelines.
Meanwhile the headline said STRICT guidelines.
So, putting the two together, we have NEW STRICT guidelines.
So the White House wants to keep in place, existing guidelines, the guidelines that have made Fauci and the FDA happy for many many years.
But now, low and behold, with Trump as president, and the election approaching, the FDA and Fauci now want new strict guidelines that other vaccines never needed, that will slow down the process.
Do I have this correct?
