It's sort of an odd situation, but I think there is a sense in which The President of The United States is the leader of a democratic resistance (i.e., The People) fighting to overthrow the true hidden power structure which operates BOTH through the government and through the globalist corporations operating American media.
Perhaps this is the article. Today I heard an intel official rebut this saying that CIA Director John Brennan would not have briefed the president, 0bama, on Russian disinformation.
Also, it must be noted that nowhere has this info been presented as any more than a source of CIA Russian intelligence gathering.
My guess is it is best to wait and see what might come out to support this. Remember Chris Steele's secondary source has turned out to be a Russian intel agent AND Hilly and the DNC paid for Steele's production of 'the dossier'. The circumstantial evidence is strong that Hildy and the DNC colluded with the Russians - through Steele at least - to frame DJT for Russian collusion.
