Jail, doubtful but (Chris Collins-R got a year), she'll lose her law license upon conviction of a felony so the plea agreement will try and reduce the felony charge. She can join Leticia Astacio in the disbarred lawyer's guild if she loses at trial.
A former mayor of Baltimore is in the slammer right now for the same thing.

Well don’t be so sure. They put that dame from Baltimore in jail. Of if she’s not actually incarcerated that’s because of Covid. Too lazy to check, but she was sentenced to serve time. Possibly two of them actually.
Advice to citizens: If your elected officials keep getting convicted of crimes, perhaps your voting choices need reconsideration!
