It's been in the news and/or commentary, often explaining the fatalism of (say) Saudi Pilots and other soldiers, such that they are difficult to train militarily. A combination of entitlement and self-laissez-faire fatalism if you will.

Exactly. Nobody I know would even have that word in their wheel well.
