So basically, he pled guilty to child porn, but has evidence his confession was coerced? What’s the constitutional issue? The Supreme Court doesn’t exist to reconsider the facts of a trial, only to interpret law.

Just thinking about cases like this.I know almost nothing about PCs but I know,or think I know,that there are a million ways for a computer geek to "plant" something on the PC of an unsuspecting amateur like me. So I suppose if I were to make the wrong enemy...next door or on the other side of the planet...I could find myself in serious trouble.

Of course if I'm correct here it's not just me who's vulnerable...there are millions worldwide,men and women,who are.
