I wish Trump would talk about this in his campaign speeches.
Relate it to the unrest in the cities.
There was a case where there was an unsolved murder (Arizona?) of 8 years. The feds went in to help the city (Albequrque?) with their backlog of old cases and solved this one in a few months.
Something like:
“You know - lots of places, we have a great relationship with the cities - the police. God bless our police. We’re not, well actually we can’t go in a “Take Over”. But we can go in a help - like we did in Seattle. A half-hour later, the anarchy was all gone - all gone.”
“We started Operation Safety Net months ago to help the police find missing children. Abducted, kidnapped is more like it - sold into terrible, just terrible conditions. Hundreds of kids. Ohio, New York, Florida - we are all working together to rescue these children and reunite them with their families.”
