The Oasis star moaned that "theres too many ***** liberties being taken away from us now".
Noel Gallagher is refusing to wear a mask during the Covid-19 pandemic because it is a violation of his liberty, he has told a popular podcast.
The Oasis guitarist told the Matt Morgan podcast for Radio X that masks are pointless and that he chooses not to wear one.
He said: Its not a law. Theres too many ** liberties being taken away from us now I choose not to wear one. If I get the virus its on me, its not on anyone else its a piss-take. Theres no need for it Theyre pointless.
Despite calls to wear a mask while on trains or in shops to help curb the spread of the virus, Gallagher said he refuses as it makes no sense.
He said: I was going up to Manchester the other week and some guys going, Can you put your mask on, on the train, because the transport police will get on and fine you a thousand pounds.
But you dont have to put it on if youre eating. So I was saying: 'Oh right, this killer virus thats sweeping through the train is gonna come and attack me, but see me having a sandwich and go, leave him, hes having his lunch?'
Why do you have to wear one when youre having a haircut, but you dont have to wear one in the pub? he added. He referred to Morgan, who argued in favour of mask wearing, as a cowardly germophobe.
The law currently states that masks should be worn on public transport, shops and other public spaces where social distancing is difficult.
Gallaghers latest comments have sparked a backlash on social media.
Irish X Factor duo Jedward, who have previously encouraged fans to respect coronavirus safety rules, tweeted a parody of the famous Oasis song Wonderwall.
They wrote: Today is gonna be the day @NoelGallagher That we're gonna throw it back to you by now you should've somehow Realised what you gotta do and Wear a mask because were gonna be the ones that save you and after all were your Wonderwall.
Nice, but...Noel who???
It’s funny that we are living in an age where old rock and rollers are becoming more conservative.
I knew there was a reason I like Noel Gallagher. I still have the “What’s the story, Morning Glory? cd.
From the band Oasis. They were pretty big in the 90’s.
Must have missed them completely. Maybe I would recognize a song if I heard one.
If he does he’ll Cast no Shadows.
They never did figure out how to end a song properly though.
Back when you could get songs for ringtones on your phone, I had “Don’t look back in anger,” as my ringtone.
You could have just cleaned it up the first time.
The theory behind masks is not to prevent you from getting the virus, its to prevent you from spreading it, as it transmits from one’s spittle.
Check your O2 level with and without mask. How’s your Krebs Cycle doing citizens?
WE didn’t start the fire, patriots...

The SUPEREVIL did.
If you had just a minute to BREATHE and they granted you one final wish
Would you ask for something like another chance?
Or something similar as this? Don’t worry too much
It’ll happen to you as sure as your sorrows are joys
And the thing that disturbs you is only the sound of
The low spark of high-heeled boys
If I gave you everything that I owned and asked for nothing in return
Would you do the same for me as I would for you?
Or take me for a ride, and strip me of everything including my pride

The HIGH-HEELED boys sparked it. Billy Gates, Bobby DeNutcase, etc.,
Do masks only work one way? If you’re wearing a mask, shouldn’t it prevent someone else’s ‘spittle’ from entering your nose or mouth? And if you’re social distancing can their spittle even reach you?
Good for him. Oasis still sucks
>>Why do you have to wear one when youre having a haircut, but you dont have to wear one in the pub? he added.
We can’t even go to the pub here.
They blamed the June riots spike in CV cases on “reopening those bars!”.
They were Kinks-ish, feuding brothers onstage together getting into fights.
False, false and false, you’ve been lied to. Don’t help them, they don’t need it. (the left)
Fauci came out at the beginning of this and told people not to wear masks, that they would help. He said only hospital workers and the super wealthy should wear masks, and the rest of us shouldn’t be allowed to have them.
I’ve paid zero attention to anything he says. I like facts, and we know the size of the virus and we know the size that masks can filter. That alone should be enough to say no to masks. Cities like Edmonton Alberta straight up said that they don’t think masks help but at this point they want to see who will be compliant. By cities I obviously mean their city councils.
