Myself, I’ve only consumed bacon & lean ground beef since December 2018. The 5 months prior’s I ate a variety of meats, fish, steak, pork. After I discovered what satisfied me completely I’ve found no good reason to eat any thing else.
My wife, who is a month behind me in carnivore eats a wide variety of meats. We figure this is due to the hormonal differences between the sexes.
There is trace amounts of vitamin C in all meat. It’s just never measured. In fact, one of the legitimate cures for scurvy is: Fresh meat!
“Fresh meat from animals which make their own vitamin C (which most animals do) contains enough vitamin C to prevent scurvy, and even partly treat it. In some cases (notably French soldiers eating fresh horse meat), it was discovered that meat alone, even partly cooked meat, could alleviate scurvy.” From the wikipedia on Scurvy
Many things we’ve been taught regarding food is pure fallacy & deceit designed to keep us afraid of healthy things while encouraging us to consume toxic garbage instead of nutrition.
Also, when one does not consume any more than the trace amounts of carbs found in meat, one needs no. more than a trace of Vitamin C to process them. Plus, since the body is no longer spending so much time detoxifying itself from garbage “food” it is much more efficient in processing the trace carbs & trace Vitamin C.
Agreed hehehe
And that’s a horrible thing. You got to get them two pounders so when you’re done you’re really done, for a while :-)
I don’t much like fancy vacations. Don’t spend a lot on clothes. I’m a pretty simple guy. But I like my sports cars and great steak even if I have to pay more for it
most recent car was a Dodge Challenger but at 52 I guess my next purchase at around 54/55 will have to be something semi mature.
Good one! LOL
Newflash: You weren't the first to notice, Miley.
You're the last to notice. You are going to have to eat 10 pounds of meat a day and maybe you'll get normal by the time you're 60.
Miley I cried bitter tears when my innocent 7 yr old granddaughter told me someone (presumably at school ) showed her the Wrecking Ball video......
( & she was in religious school)
....my granddaughter was comforting me I became so distressed !
Miley Cyrus WILL REAP what she has sown!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That’s the food pyramid I have been living by for 784 days now with a lifetime left to go!
Bet she hasn’t laid off the pot.
Actually, cereals only became part of our diet a few thousand years ago. We are designed for fruits, vegetables, eggs, and meat. Cereals just provide empty calories, relatively speaking.
My wife and I are trying to cut way back on bread and pasta.
Im looking at the Explorer ST. 400 hp twin turbo. I like sitting up higher where I can see whats ahead. Its also heavy enough to plow through things blocking the roads if need be. And its fast for a SUV.
My low slung convertible days are over.
Meat, beer and fire is what made us the big brains on the planet. Easy to digest/safe and leaves time for things other than constantly working to keep our bellies full, ie. civilization. Veganism makes me think of gorillas who spend 99% of their time munching on leaves and farting. The amount of time and volume of food those things eat every day just for basic nutrition precludes brain development.
As others have pointed out, animals which eat plants exclusively have eyes on the sides of their heads, giving them 360 degree range to see predators. Animals which eat other animals, have eyes in the front of their face, giving them 3 depth perception for hunting.
Pretty obvious where we lie on that spectrum.
Good old pagan virtue signaling.
And Miley is a distant relative. Just to stay on the thread topic.
Probably from all that pot.
Her brain isnt working right????lolololol...you think?
Thank you!
