The idea I got - and pretty sure I read it somewhere - is that Trump does have an issue with the generals - “we don’t win wars anymore” or something to that effect. I also read that Trump takes the deaths of soldiers personally which would make him even less respectful of the generals. And then there is the issue that many of these military engagements are likely conducted for a profit for the companies who supply wars. I bet POTUS is disgusted that men have died so some business can make money or some politician can make himself look good.

I really admire Trump for not being goaded into another war and for making peace agreements using economic leverage. Of course the left barely discusses that peace has broken out. The left has had to expose themselves and it’s incredibly ugly.

We should all have issues with the Perfumed Prince generals, the pencil pushing bureacrats always angling to know the right people and get invited to the right parties. They are worthless dead weight.

Our war fighters, like General Flynn, are entirely different and worthy of our utmost respect and gratitude. No CIC has ever shown as much genuine love for our troops as President Trump has.

If Fox wants to call anyone out, start with Obama and Hillary. Their track records are despicable.

This is spot on. The problem is that 3 and 4 star generals hit pay dirt if only they can convert their modest paying flag position to a bonanza at some MIC stint, as a boar member or officer of a defense contractor or so-called public advocacy NGO, like CFR or CSIS or some such. This means keeping the money flowing by having wars.

And by the way the real rake-off is not real defense contractors who make planes and missiles and submarines like Lockhead or Boeing or Raytheon or GD, though they do well enough. The real pay off comes from contracts to do soft-stuff like consulting, providing Critical Race Theory training, logistics or some such, you know real inside the beltway work.

Trump is raining on their gig, big time.
