United States Attorney Joe Kelly announced that Cory D. Preitauer, 30, formerly of North Platte, Nebraska, was sentenced today in Lincoln, Nebraska, by Chief United States District Judge John M. Gerrard for conspiracy and production of child pornography. Preitauer was sentenced to 40 years in prison and a lifetime of supervised release. There is no parole in the federal system.
In March of 2019, a state search warrant was served at the home of a target living in Kansas City, Missouri. During a forensic examination of the computer seized in the Kansas City investigation the examiners located screenshots of a chat between the Kansas City target and Preitauer’s co-defendant Mathew Goad. During the chat, Goad indicated he had sexually assaulted a child and recorded that assault. Goad then sent the recording to the target. Further investigation revealed that Goad and Preitauer were both involved in the production of the video. After his arrest, Preitauer admitted to law enforcement that he and Goad created the video of the sexual assault. The child was four years old at the time the video was created. Goad was previously sentenced by this Court.
After today’s sentencing, FBI Omaha Special Agent in Charge Kristi Johnson said, “The FBI takes an active role in protecting children. The sentencing of Cory Preitauer is an example of our commitment to removing sexual predators from children’s lives.”
This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice. Led by United States Attorneys’ Offices and the Criminal Division's Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section (CEOS), Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state and local resources to better locate, apprehend and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the Internet, as well as to identify and rescue victims. This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
I do not see sexual perversion of any kind as an illness. It is pure evil sin and should be treated as such. I include homosexual behavior which these days may make me a minority on this board. I further view rape as a sexual perversion where (usually) a man gets sexual stimulation from assaulting people.
I do understand some sins are more heinous than others. I view rape of a child as worse than rape of an adult. Still both death penalty crimes in my opinion.
We gots to watch our kids. I’m called “overprotective,” but I don’t think requiring kids to stay close in public is too much.

The MSM won’t report on it unless there is an anti-christian or anti-conservative angle. Otherwise, the MSM and Dem traitors are working hard to portray the Trump administration as lawless, when in fact, President Trump’s administration is surfacing and convicting criminals that “got their start” during the Obama regime. I’ve seen so many pharma/medical fraud in the millions/billions and it isn’t unusual for the crimes to have been committed from 2013 to say January of 2017. Just want to set the record straight.

The huge number of incidents of child sex crimes and trafficking is being exposed across the world, and its tied to politics and the deep state.
Its used to control politicians, celebrities, and powerful people through blackmail (think Epstein, but more pervasive).
Anybody that questions the exposure of this, is naive. Or something else.

The penalty there could be argued. I think in the civil sphere the government is free to penalize it as it sees fit. I’d not allow homosexuals in positions of power, for instance, government officials, public schoolteachers, judges, police. I’d not allow them in the military.
The church applies the death penalty for unrepentant homosexuality - excommunication. As for any other unrepentant sin. So in that sense the death penalty applies for sure.

What age?
We were told 20+ years ago that it was between two consenting adults in private but now it is in the public schools being pushing on children down to kindergarten and in libraries and between adults over age of majority and boys under age of majority or even consent.
