Some higher up is right now saying “WHY do we need a sensitivity specialist!? What do we pay them and why??”
I may be wrong, but I get the sense the members of corporate boards these days, for the most part, don’t much care if their company goes down the tubes. They can use it to promote their pet causes, and move on to something else. They get rewarded, regardless.
