You are totally correct the path is clear and wide open for her or the citizen of any hostile foreign power whose mother happened to be on US soil when the baby comes 'on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman' can be the lawful president of these United States.

From Article I, Section 2
No person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the age of twenty five years, and been seven years a citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an inhabitant of that state in which he shall be chosen.
From Article I, Section 3
No person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the age of thirty years, and been nine years a citizen of the United States and who shall not, when elected, be an inhabitant of that state for which he shall be chosen.
From Artcle II, Section 1
No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.
In plain words, Representatives and Senators just need to be 'a citizen'. The President must be 'a natural born' citizen, unless you are about 250 years old. The phrase 'natural born' must have a different meaning, or it would not have been included.
What amazes me (and pisses me off) is being among FReepers that so readily accept a child raised by one or two foreign citizens becoming our President or VP, who argue legalisms but not the core problem — loyalty to America only.
