“The names of the primary Durham investigator” - what does this mean? Names is plural, investigator is singular. Durham does have investigators ie prosecutors working under and with him. Does Sd mean these names? Or name? And Sd is saying he has documents Durham doesn’t have? How does he know what Durham has or doesn’t have?

Looks like a case of sloppy writing. He says “names” when he meant “name”, apparently, as he goes on to refer to “that name” in the singular:
