Our Constitution, Article 16, is really clear - ‘that the people have a right to bear arms for the defence of themselves and the State’.
State statutes allow any resident over age 16 to carry concealed - younger than 16 can do so with a permission slip from a parent.
The US Constitution is pretty clear too, but that hasn’t stopped the liberals yet.
