So is 5000 IU safe do you think? Dont want Toxicity.
I think it is but I know 3200 is safe in a normal body. A, K, D and E are fat soluble. Your body doesn’t simply pee them out when you have too much. They accumulate. Study said no additional benefit past 1600IU for respiratory issues. I would ask your doctor if 5000IU is safe for your body. Personally I am taking 1600IU and getting some sun. In winter I might up it to 2400IU because of the no sun on skin thing.
Most of my vitamins come from fresh foods. I take a multi to cover where I am short. Many many micro nutrients in fresh foods that are not in the pills. It is like with plants. They need more than NPK. You can fertilize with the artificially created chemicals that are pure or use organics. Organics have the NPK but also the hundreds of other nutrients the plant needs to thrive. Buying organic foods is largely a scam but fertilizing your vegetable garden with organically based (not necessarily certified) fertilizer yields better veggies.
