There is a whole lot of “moved from Baltimore City” going on in parts of Howard County where this happened. A lot of Baltimore ‘tudes were brought along with these “delightful” new residents. I feel sorry for parents who have kids in what used to be known as superb Howard County public schools. Those days are slip-sliding away.
