Tx. I forgot to mention avocado oil (flavonoids), avocado tree leaves extract (also green tea) for quercetin.

My family loves green tea, and I drink several cups every day. I have not tried avocado tea, but we do not like avocados, unfortunately. I am able to tolerate Tumeric (Curcumin), however. It is thought to be good for immunity, and possibly anti-viral. I take it (in capsules) for its anti-inflammatory properties, as it decreases my chronic pain from a back injury. I can tell, in increased pain, if I forget to take it or run out of my supply. Here’s an article about it, which discusses it as a possible anti-viral: https://medicalxpress.com/news/2020-07-turmeric-antiviral-properties.html. It would be nice if our health officials, such as Dr. Fauci, would mention a few of these wonder herbs and spices—it may relieve some of the suffering. It seems preferable than just telling sick people to stay home, drink fluids, take Tylenol, and go to the hospital if they can’t breathe!
