“DrBeen” actually starts into the meat of his discussion, at 6:20 into the video. It is a long video, but his manner of helping, is, that he explains mechanisms. Required some repeating of portions that I viewed; ymmv.
*At present,* *IMHO,* the vaccine has value ONLY FOR people who are evaluated by their doctor (whom they trust), as having a high risk of a SEVERE COVID-19 experience.
Such as, people whose immune systems might SEVERELY complicate their passage thru having COVID-19.
It is up to each person, and if they wish, the advice of their doctor, to figure that level of their vulnerability to having a severe COVID-19 experience.
IMHO, the vaccine should NOT be forced upon any person; nor should there be coercion (such as the coercion proposed by the travel industry).
I am staying with: Famotidine (Pepcid AC), vitamins, Emergen-C, Zinc (is in vitamins), and sleep.
