Come out and say he is not advancing the ball to help people, he is fired as is the head of the CDC for their incompetence and refusual to support using a drug that 3rd world countrys with little to no hygiene methods like the US has, and they have lower death rates due to Hydroxychloquine with zinc, and as such they will be the first round for treatment if the virus is found early. Any state refusing to do so will be quarentined and federal funding immediately stops until they comply.
