The unfortunate, inconvenient truth about Omar is this: She was duly elected to congress. She received over 50% of the vote in her district meaning that by our system, she is a legitimate member of the House of Representatives. And guess what, she's going to win again in November and most likely will be in office for years to come.

Don't get me wrong, I find this woman to be loathsome as well as being an enemy of this country but my ire and contempt is directed at the everyday rank and file voter who put her into office. They must support the things she advocates for or at least are comfortable with her spouting an anti American platform.

The problem here isn't the politician. The real problem is the people who put the politician in power.
