Since the Census Bureau wasn't allowed to ask about citizenship status how would they know who to exclude?

This is pretty late in the game. But at this point, people are going to be sent home to home to gather information from addresses which didn’t respond. Maybe they are going to be instructed to count no one in the house if they can determine that it is occupied by illegal aliens. It might be too late for the Courts to have any impact.

I'm trying to remember if they ask SS# on the form. If they give a fake, it could be detected, and without one it could be thrown away.
