My hearing is bad so a question; Did the report say for a fact he had drugs in his rectum? Did the drugs container burst? Was the x-ray the actual x-ray from Floyd?

Well, it’s a bit hard understanding the accent of Russian reporter Kristian Rouz, who also is known for his work with Sputnik, a Russian/Kremlin “news” agency. Odd choice for an American network to hire a reporter with such a heavy Russian accent...
That said, no, the “reporter” doesn’t state as fact that Floyd had drugs in his rectum. Only quotes the body cam transcript which says that Floyd said he’d “hooped” earlier (drugs in rectum). X-ray doesn’t appear to belong to Floyd. And no drug container burst.
