Princess Beatrice has married Italian property developer Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in a secret ceremony at Windsor Castle.
The couple were due to tie the knot at the Chapel Royal of St James's Palace on 29 March. But their ceremony was postponed due to Covid-19 and no new date was given by the palace at the time.
It is thought Beatrice, 31, and Edo exchanged vows today at the Royal Chapel of All Saints, in the grounds of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson's home of Royal Lodge, in Windsor Great Park.
The bride's grandparents the Queen, 94, and the Duke of Edinburgh, 99, who have both been in isolation at Windsor Castle, were in attendance and appeared in excellent spirits as they left the service. The Queen, who has now seen six of her eight grandchildren marry, looked resplendent in mint green for the occasion.
The bride's parents, Prince Andrew and the Duchess of York, are thought to have been present as the service was held near their home. It is not known whether the bride's sister Princess Eugenie, 30, and brother-in-law Jack Brooksbank attended.

Funny you should say that I am obsessed with Victoria on PBS. I believe one of her daughters was named Beatrice? From the pictures I have seen the Queen was not very attractive.
If you Google Queen Victoria and Princess Beatrice, you will see side-by-side comparisons. Bea really looks like young Victoria.
They do! They have the same eyes. I have never been interested in the Brits the way I am today. It’s history I did not care to learn about in school.

I’m happy for her. And really glad that Me-again and Halfwit weren’t invited. (I’m assuming and I’m sure that they wouldn’t have come if they were invited)
Poor Eugenie......Me-again announced her pregnancy at Eugenie’s Wedding Reception. I’m wondering if twice (so far) divorced Me-again also wore white.

I wish the new couple well, but how interesting that people are so supportive of them, eh?
