Comet NEOWISE (C/2020 F3) will continue to become more accessible to northern hemisphere observers as its motion places it higher in the sky each evening after sunset over the next few weeks, Which means the nightly clouds will just have to climb higher each evening. Tonight I drove out to a darker area. Clear sky except for a big ass cloud bank in the NNW. Couldn't see the Bug Dipper or the near it.

Bug Dipper is a summer constellation where the bowl reaches down to earth to scoop up all the mosquitos trying to eat me when I look at it.
