I would assume DOJ already has the files given that they have arrested and are currently prosecuting and investigating someone for the same crime?
I don’t understand this ruling or I am missing something? It would seem these documents as described would be useful to the DOJ investigation. DOJ did not direct her lawyers to “improperly” obtain them so there should be no issue.
