We Have No Moral Obligation To Subsidize A Generation Of Brats

Now, the only thing really keeping academia attached to the body politic like the institutional deer tick that it is was the widespread and baseless belief that our universities are somehow our culture’s crucial repositories of knowledge and learning. But it’s kind of hard to argue that when it belches forth graduates who decide to show that black lives matter by toppling statues of Abe Lincoln and Frederick Douglass.

If these bozos are considered “educated,” I’ll stick with the allegedly ignorant. At least someone without an Ivy League degree can give me a hand changing my oil or, you know, defending the Constitution with a rifle.

I believe somebody posted this earlier this morn.
But to go off on a related tack, anybody involved in destructive protests and things like playing on the highways should not be receiving any form of welfare benefits.

We do have an obligation to give them a strong example of an “attitude adjustment”.

Let’s do it.

First, Yale’s name must be changed; Yale was a racist.

Oh...I gave my 1/2 Mexican, college educated with a new law degree, niece an “attitude adjustment”...and will soon send her a letter disowning her (with caveat that if she really educates herself she’ll be allowed back in the family.) I think she is a part of Antifa. Oh, and no more “white privilege” gifts from us.

Really good article - I agree with everything & have been “preaching” a lot of what he’s saying for a good while now. Since the DemonRats want to use COVID for political advantage, I hope the changes made with online/video classes etc. due to COVID, “takes down” the destructive ‘indoctrination’ centers of anti-Americanism that the colleges/universities have become.

MANY kids do not need to go to college to have a productive life; however, the operative word is “productive” - I don’t consider a degree in Women’s Studies, Diversity, or whatever the heck is out there now, and working at Starbuck’s after graduation due to a useless degree to be “productive” in a meaningful way. The HVAC guys at the company we use are making about $80K with a little experience .... that’s “productive”.

Back to School? The Pending Democrat Student Deficit Iceberg

Excerpt - more at link:
While the China virus is raising havoc (thanks in large part to dim-witted governors and mayors with American businesses), it is producing one almost entirely unanticipated side effect that neither political party has apparently grasped.

Come November, due to the absence of students in massive numbers across the country, it is entirely possible that the 18-24-year-old vote will come up short between 1 and 1.5 million Democratic voters.

Hey brat Cuomo, if you want to make a political statement and not open NY K-12, I want my school taxes refunded, now!

An excellent set of ideas and changes we should push for. Especially that loans must come from the school and be dischargable by bankruptcy.

My wife and many of our relatives with college age kids have had the same question. Many so called college kids are being told their education will be online again this fall (whenever) the so called fall term starts.

Parents paying big education fees are saying hell no!

We are not taking out big loans for our kids to use our home
computers on line.

The “irony” of the DemonRats using COVID19 for their political purposes & it is inadvertently “killing” the system (colleges/universities) where they indoctrinate and subvert the country’s young people.

Good article about how the DRats are using COVID for their political purposes:

Glad to hear that at least some folks are getting “woke” to this garbage that some “institutions of higher learning” are
pushing out. It seems to me that most college-level teaching should be in the area of tech-level training where a graduate might actually be able to get a suitable job upon graduation. Some of the educational programs now seem to be mainly relegated to make a bad situation even worse.

Community colleges and probably most so called degree colleges do nothing to prepare their students to find a good job after a lot of time and money spent on IUD’s, “INstant Unemployment Degrees.”

Zero high schools and so called community colleges in our area offer a trade school dealing with automotive repair and upkeep. The demand for people skilled in those areas can not be met with our current bs emphasis/focus on social studies.
