Come on guys, this is a serious question.
What if the Original Poster wants to press charges?
I would like to know the answer too.
A response from anyone that knows will be appreciated.
Is it a misdemeanor? if so I could arrest the person under citizens arrest. Certainly I could take a cell phone picture of the guy, send it to the police and reference the appropriate criminal code.
