It was a joke! Ge didn’t really glue his kitty to the floor.
I never really could stand him. He’s one of those guys who always seemed to try too hard for a laugh. Robin Williams was the same way IMO.

I usually catch a lot of flak whenever I post my disdain for the 'comedy' of Winters and Williams. I guess they did have a lot of fans. I certainly wasn't one of them.
The exception that proves the rule is the Jonathan Winters and Natalie Wood cleptomania scene in the film PENELOPE. As the whole film was intentionally over the top, he did OK. And of course, she did more than OK!
I loved Johnathan Winters as Morks son in Mork and Mindy.
Winters yes, Williams no.
Add me to the list. I actually thought Winters was a funny actor, but I was not all that keen on his "brilliant improvisational skills". I never cared for Robin Williams. No matter what he did, he always came off as "guy on coke".
