Wear a mask.
Keep at least 6 feet apart.
Stay away from gatherings.
This disease will kill you.
If you are over sixty and get this, you have a 33% chance of ending up in intensive care. A fair percentage of you will then die.
Not again with this crap
The guy got COVID way back in late March.
I believe things have changed since.
For the general population the starts overwhelmingly say otherwise.
However, I do agree that the same stats merit more aggressive precautions with age starting around age 60.
No. Stop telling others what to do. Mind your own business.
So will getting out of bed in the morning.
You have a .6% chance of dying of the Wuhan-400. That is pretty much the same chance you have of dying of the flu.
You have a slightly higher chance of dying in a car crash. Yet people get into their cars every day and blithely drive.
You can live in a bubble if you like. The rest of us will live like normal people.
You’re a very pathetic person. I am over 60 and not afraid a bit. Does that upset you?
You are playing fast and loose with the numbers. Your advice is appropriate to those over 65 with multiple comorbidities, not the general population.
You mean - This disease can kill you . Not this disease will kill you.
I take precautions. But they are the same precautions Ive been taking since my bone marrow transplant. I will not give up any more of my quality of life nor will I live in fear. Period.
Everyone can laugh at me. I don’t care. My husband has COPD and heart disease. If I get COVID19, he gets it. If he gets it, well, we are minimizing that chance as much as possible. We have been staying put for over 3 months. An occasional drive-thru or visit from my son is about the extent of our interactions with others. Getting groceries delivered is probably our maximum exposure. Staying home is not hurting me but going to the store could kill someone I love, for no good reason.
I do not judge others for how they are dealing with this. I support communities being fully open. We are capable of being responsible for our own safety. I wish I would get the same courtesy.
The cdc still hasnt teased out what exactly the groups are...sure...over sixty five...but what about a healthy 65?
There has to be some constitutional condition Which makes one susceptible to death. Why are there young people dying?. Do all people who contract it live or work in high density situations? Their lack of stratification of risk factors after all tbis time is upsetting.
Oh BS. you are of counting those over 60 who get the disease and have no symptoms and never seek care. The ICU rate is nowhere near 35% and the death rate over 80 is still in single digits and that is overblown as well. I am very close to 60 and have other risk factors abs I take care of covid patients all the time at work. I am not afraid and do not wear a mask or distance outside work nor do I demand others do so. Hide under your bed and live in a bubble just leave the rest of us alone
By the way your chance id dying from influenza and pneumonia is higher than a young persons as well. Are you going to act like this every cold and flu season? or is this special only to covid?
Wow are you sure you’re conservative because YOU SOUND LIKE SUCH A LITTLE BITCH.
And a pretty miserable person to be honest.
I’m glad you’re not blood.
I’d get a transfusion :)
SNEAKY use of the word "will" you used, for maximum FEAR purposes..
MIGHT kill you.. MIGHT.. But so MIGHT the standard flu in that age group.
Stop telling others what to do. Because you do not have a pkukkin clue. As a matter of fact, why don’t you FOAD.
Fake news as the flubro tell us
Fake news as the flubros tell us
This disease is inevitable. The measures are an obnoxious, humiliating and mortifying cult of fear.
Please cite your source for this questionable statistic.
"Over 60" can mean 85, 90, etc., and that is how those deaths are typically classified by the media. Please provide a detailed age breakdown.
BS!!!! STOP DRINKING THE KOOLAID!!!!
Enough Of The Virus Bull****
