I've seen that narrative used repeatedly on more than one platform by Biden supporters and amazing how fast those talking points spread along with some others. They're basically saying the black guy Kanye is stealing votes from the white guy, Biden. Is that how this works now? It's low to say the least. Are those votes owned by Biden and/or Dems? Hardly.
So if black people/black Dems vote for Kanye and not Biden will that mean they "ain't black"?
And funny how they are turning on Kim, too, along with them pulling the meds card out - again.
I'm not seeing the love, compassion, and tolerance for multiple demographic groups that Dems say they really care about.
It’s interesting that they’re worried enough about this that they would attack a black guy over it.
The most ironic one is seeing the talk, repeatedly, about how they’re going to flee to Canada even if he runs.
So they would rather go to Canada, the country run by the guy who wore blackface, than stay in the U.S.?
I’m not seeing Dems adhering to any values, but they sure are all about suppoeting intersectionalism or you get smashed by them if you don’t.
Another uppidity ungrateful. They don’t know their place./s
I had to do a search to find that Kanye West announced he is running for president. One article says he is running this year another says he is running in 2024.
Which is it?
Who is saying he is stealing Bidens votes?
Of course you can write your post any way you like but it is a bit thin and a lot confusing unless someone is already up to speed on what you are talking about.
Basic news writing 101. Who, What, Where and When.
Canada is also 90% white
All of this strategy was about bringing black voters (90-percent) back to Biden, thus trying to stomp out 35-percent of blacks voting for Trump (the current trend).
If you go and look at black voter dynamics, there are only eight states with 20-percent or more of the registered voters who are black and might be a influence in this election. Most are southern states, Maryland is the odd character in this game.
Kanye is simply playing this game out like McMuffin did in 2016. I think Kanye could get 750k to a million votes nationally. Why not let him attempt this?
Works for me.
You would have a point but as there have been at least two threads here already that combined have close to 200 replies, everyone here should be up to speed, so the who, what, where, when, etc, has been covered.
Try to keep up. You’ll learn!
They probably dont care that he is Black.
It is never a good thing to have a third candidate running, particularly for the candidate most closely aligned ideologically to that third candidate.
Papa Bush could write a thesis on the merits of having a third candidate on the ballot.
In the Black Lives Matter election year having a Black candidate on the ballot is very worrisome to the presumed Democrat nominee.
Ironic then seeing so many on YT and Twitter saying they’ll flee to Canada if he even runs.
But I imagine not for Biden. LOL.
But not surprising...
This is a forum that is open 24/7 but nobody is on the forum 24/7.
Many of us have jobs and work. And all of us sleep. Also consider that people all around the world participate in this forum.
No one everyone reads every post. It is not possible.
You, as a courtesy, could include a link to articles or FR post that inform on your subject.
By the way I have been on this forum far longer than yourself and I simply am trying to give you the benefit of my experience. Constructive criticism should be welcomed by anyone. Believe me I have had plenty.
I see that Kanye is getting uppity. Doesn’t he know that the Black vote belongs to Biden?
One man, Ross Perot, a man who was never elected president completely changed this country. I cant say for better or worse because God works in mysterious ways. he was a monkey wrench that put clinton in office. Kanye is an even bigger monkey wrench because hes black and we can’t say who will vote for him excpect many blacks will vote strongly based only on color
Do you think Kanye will take the black voters that may have voted for Trump? This may work against us - I was hoping that Kanye would campaign for Trump, against Biden.
