are citizens from birth based on the citizenship of a parent.

So children born to one citizen soldier deployed overseas, are automatically natural born citizens?!

If so, this is excellent news for at least one individual I know of.

Natural born citizenship is not equivalent to being born a citizen.

State Department info up until not long ago, maybe a bit more than 20 years, stated that to become president one had to be born on US soil to two US citizen parents. Parents could be naturalized of course, but before child is born.

I read this from people on FR, on the 0bola research threads. Also read from people at that time who had been born on US bases that they were told as children that they had all the rights of US citizens but could not be president as they were not born on US soil. That is why McCain was not a NBC and one of the reasons why “they” picked him as the designated loser in the election.

All this was common knowledge until it got erased/obfuscated/cancelled a while before 0bola ran for office, precisely for that reason. In fact there was a push some years before he ran for pres to remove the NBC clause from the Constiution, it didn’t gain any traction thankfully.
