Flocculent: having a loosely clumped texture. By the time I have an opportunity to use this word, I will have long forgotten it.

‘Darling, the oatmeal was unusually flocculent this morning, don’t you think?’

My first task in engineering, contracting, fresh out of school, was designing flocculators. Seriously. Big wooden paddles that break up clumps of "matter" in sewage treatment plants, prior to feeding into the settling and digester tanks.

It was interesting, as long as you didn't have to visit the job site... Sometimes, theory is better than reality.

The outer rim territories are the realm of the Hutts who are known for their flocculence.
